Referral and Affiliate Terms

1. Friend referrals

1.1 Every Flowctory account has a personal referral link (flowctory.com/r/YOURCODE).

1.2 A friend is referred to you when they open your link and then create a new Flowctory account in the same browser within 30 days. The account must be less than 7 days old and must not have made any payment when the referral is recorded. If a friend opens several referral links, the last link opened before their referral is recorded applies. Once recorded, a referral does not change. You cannot refer yourself.

1.3 When the referred friend, within 60 days of the referral being recorded, pays for a plan at full price or buys a credit pack of at least 1,000 credits, you receive 300 bonus credits and your friend receives 100 bonus credits. Plan payments made with a discount do not qualify, but a later full-price payment in the 60 days can.

1.4 Bonus credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are added to your bought-credit balance. They are promotional credits: outputs created with them carry a Flowctory watermark unless your account has an active paid plan or trial.

1.5 You can earn rewards for up to 10 referred friends in any 30-day period.

1.6 We may refuse or withdraw a reward if we reasonably believe the referral is not genuine. This includes the same person holding both accounts, both accounts sharing a device or payment card, an unverified email address, a suspended account, or an email address our policy does not accept for promotional credits. We do not tell you which signal applied.

2. Affiliate Program

2.1 Joining. The Affiliate Program is by invitation or application, and approval is at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Once approved, your referral link earns cash commission under this section instead of the bonus credits in section 1. Neither you nor the customers you refer receive referral bonus credits.

2.2 Referred customers. A customer is referred to you under the same rules as section 1.2.

2.3 Commission. You earn 30% of the net amount each referred customer pays Flowctory for subscriptions and credit packs during the 12 months after that customer's first payment. "Net amount" means the amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes. A payment made with a discount of 40% or more earns no commission. Such a payment still counts as the customer's first payment if it is one, so the 12 months start from it. Commission resumes on the customer's next payment discounted by less than 40%.

2.4 No commission is due on:

• (a) your own purchases, or purchases by accounts we reasonably believe you own or control, including accounts that share your device or one of your payment cards;
• (b) payments that are refunded, charged back or disputed;
• (c) payments by customers who were referred before your approval, or whose referral breaks these terms.

2.5 Hold period. Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment. A commission whose payment is refunded or disputed before it is paid out is cancelled. If a payment is refunded or charged back after the commission was paid out, we may deduct that commission from your future commissions.

2.6 Payouts. Commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. Once a commission has cleared the hold period, it becomes payable. We aim to pay payable commissions once a month, when your payable balance is at least $50; smaller balances carry over. Payouts are made by the payout method we agree with you before your first payout, to the details you give us. Before your first payout we will ask for your full name, country and postal address and, if you are a business, your company name and VAT number. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.

2.7 Your dashboard. Your plan page shows your sign-ups and your held, payable and paid commission. For privacy reasons, we do not share the identity of customers you refer.

2.8 How you may promote Flowctory. You must:

• (a) clearly disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link, as required by the advertising rules where your audience lives (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link");
• (b) describe Flowctory, its plans, credits and prices accurately, and make no promise we do not make (for example "unlimited" or "free forever");
• (c) follow the platform rules of every site where you post.

You must not:

• (d) bid on "Flowctory" or similar terms or misspellings in paid search or social ads, or run ads that send traffic straight to your link;
• (e) post your link on coupon, deal, cashback or incentive sites, or pay or reward people to sign up;
• (f) send spam or unsolicited messages, or use bots, fake accounts or automated sign-ups;
• (g) present yourself as Flowctory or as our employee, or use our name or logo except to identify Flowctory accurately.

2.9 Relationship. You act as an independent promoter, not as our employee, agent or partner. You cannot make commitments on our behalf. Nothing in these terms is exclusive.

2.10 Ending participation. You may leave the program at any time. We may end your participation at any time; we will give notice by email where we can. If we end it because you broke these terms or acted fraudulently, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise, we pay your cleared commissions at the next payout, even if the balance is below $50.

3. Changes

We may change or end the referral and affiliate programs. For affiliates, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any change to commission rates or payout terms. Changes never reduce commission you earned before the change takes effect.
