Welcome to Flowctory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowctory website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Flowctory provides self-serve AI generation software through Flowctory MCP from your compatible AI assistant, Labs for standalone generation, and Canvas for reusable visual workflows. The Service also includes a media library, a Marketplace for additional credits, optional Google Drive and Dropbox connections, and subscription billing.

You may optionally connect cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox) to import and export media files. By connecting a cloud storage account, you authorize Flowctory to:
Disconnecting removes the saved connection from Flowctory. To revoke the permission at the provider too, use your Google or Dropbox account settings. Files already saved there remain under your control.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
You may disconnect connected services or delete your Flowctory account at any time:
Account deletion removes your account and cancels any active subscription immediately. Data cleanup and retained records are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Flowctory offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free plan provides basic access to the Service with limited features. Paid plans offer increased limits, additional features, and AI generation credits.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan:
Eligible new subscribers who verify their email and link Google may receive a 7-day paid-plan trial. A payment card is required. During the trial:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing portal:
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union's 14-day withdrawal right for digital services where applicable. To request a refund, contact us at contact@flowctory.com.
Flowctory MCP, Labs and Canvas use generation credits. Your current quote depends on the selected model, inputs and settings:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Flowctory grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
Flowctory retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you upload through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Flowctory a limited, non-exclusive license to:

The Service provides AI tools for images, video, audio and text through Flowctory MCP, Labs and Canvas. Regarding AI-generated content:

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
Flowctory does not actively monitor User Content but reserves the right to remove or refuse to process any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
AI generation requests and outputs may be refused or filtered by applicable safety and content policies.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Flowctory MCP, Labs and Canvas use third-party AI models and processing services for image, video, audio and text generation. You acknowledge that:
The Service integrates with third-party cloud storage providers (Google Drive, Dropbox) for media import and export. You acknowledge that:
The Service may contain links to or integrations with other third-party services. Flowctory is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Flowctory respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content uploaded through our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:
We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your Flowctory account from your account settings. Upon deletion, any active subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, and we will delete your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
